AffiliatePoppy — a product by Olly Digital, running on AgentsPoppy — hosts the pages on this site and the earnings records shown on them. That is the whole of our role. Here is what that means, in plain words, for both sides of every programme.
We host each programme’s public page and keep its earnings record, computed from Stripe’s own payment events, so that publishers can see numbers the programme’s owner cannot edit. We display the record as those events arrive. We do not audit, supervise or vouch for either side.
Every programme here belongs to the business that published it. That business decides who may join, each partner’s rate, when a partnership ends, and when the programme closes. It pays its partners directly, on its own terms — money never passes through us, and we never hold funds for anyone.
We are not a party to the agreement between a programme’s owner and its publishers, and we are not responsible for either side’s conduct. If a programme’s owner does not pay what a publisher believes they are owed, retires a partner, or shuts the programme down — or if a publisher breaks a programme’s terms — that is a matter between them. Neither AffiliatePoppy, AgentsPoppy nor Olly Digital accepts any claim or liability arising from such a dispute.
When a programme closes, its page stays up as a record: the people who joined keep seeing what was recorded for them. Keeping that record visible is where our role ends.
By publishing a page here you accept these terms, and you accept that your programme’s own terms — the ones publishers read on your page — are yours to write and yours to honour.
By creating an account and joining a programme you accept these terms, together with that programme’s own terms as shown on its page. Your agreement is with the programme’s owner, not with us.
We aim to keep pages and records available, but they are provided as they are, without warranty. We may take down pages that break the law or abuse the service. The general AgentsPoppy Terms of Service apply alongside these hosting terms.
